I’ve been using my Thirty-One tote for a few months now, it’s still looking good! The handles feel sturdy, and the fabric hasn’t ripped or anything, which is a win for how often I use it. One of the zippers does get a little stuck now and then 😅 but overall, it’s been really durable for everyday stuff.

Feels a bit overpriced. Quality is okay, but nothing special

I’ve been a Thirty-One consultant for a while now, and overall the site does what I need it to do. Placing orders, checking customer info, and using the back office are all straightforward most of the time. But there are definitely moments where the pages load slowly or I end up clicking all over the place just to find one thing, and it can start to feel a bit like I’m trapped in the system trying to get through my work. It’s not perfect, but it still helps me keep my little business running.

I placed my order expecting the usual items, but when it arrived, it was totally wrong. This is where it got annoying, I had to go through everything and figure out what was missing and what I got by mistake. Frustrating experience overall

I’ve bought a couple of bags from mythirtyone now, i’m REALLY impressed with the quality. The fabric feels nice and sturdy, the zippers don’t have that cheap feel, and the stitching has held up even with me using them every day. I use mine for work stuff and kid stuff, so they definitely get tossed around a lot, but they still look great. Super happy with them.

I ended up having to return an item because I picked the wrong size, i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. But the whole process was straightforward, and my refund came through quicker than I figured it would. For me, that makes a big difference because returns can be annoying, so I was pleasantly surprised.

The bag itself is actually decent, so I’m a little torn. I liked the overall quality and was hoping the personalization would make it feel more special, but the lettering just didn’t look great. It was slightly crooked and not really centered, which made the whole thing look cheaper than I expected. For the price, I was just hoping for a cleaner finish

so I’ve checked out mythirtyone.com and some of the bag designs are genuinely cute and easy to use. That said, the styles feel a little hit or miss for me. A few of the patterns look kind of similar, and some just aren’t really my taste. I’d love to see more simple, everyday options. It’s not bad at all, just not something I found super exciting.
